Swing-Flex Check Valve: Designed to be maintenance free, ValMatic Swing-Flex® Check Valve provides superior performance when compared to traditional swing checks. The Memory-Flex® disc, the valve's only moving part, is easily replaced without removal of the valve from the line. Its unrestricted full flow design makes the Swing-Flex® an excellent choice for slurries and sludge, even in vertical flow up applications. Non-slam performance is assured by placing the valve seat on a 45° angle, thereby minimizing disc travel. When used with optional rubber lining, our Swing-Flex® Check Valves are ideal for highly abrasive and corrosive applications. Tilted Disc® Check Valve - Provides both low head loss and non-slam performance. Its streamlined body contouring, flow area 40% greater than nominal pipe size, and hydrodynamic disc combine to provide the lowest head loss of any check valve produced today. Non-slam closing is assured by both an angled seat design which minimizes disc travel and an eccentrically mounted disc. Top and/or bottom mounted dash pots may be added for systems with extreme conditions such as excessively high shut-off heads or volatile reverse flows to further assure against valve slamming. The valve's tapered seat and disc, designed with wear resistant materials, assures tight seating and long life even in the most severe applications.

TF1 Tideflex Check Valve: The Curved Bill Tideflex uses the same construction for the body of the valve as the traditional Tideflex, but has a bill that is thinner and more resilient. The bill is formed to a 180-degree curve that returns to the closed position even more naturally than a straight bill. The curved bill increases the sealing area and allows the valve to form a tighter seal around solids that are typical in storm water, effluent and CSO outfalls. The Curved Bill is now standard on all Tideflex end-of-pipe products.

Series 37G Insertable Tideflex Check Valve: The Series 37G is a specialized adaptation of the Series 37 that replaces the flange connection with a slip-in cuff.  This allows the 37G to be directly inserted into a pipe with absolutely no protrusion whatsoever.  An expanding clamp holds the valve in place with and interference fit.  The Series 37G is especially popular in CSO systems where lines draining from manholes are flush with the floor of the basin and no room exists for a flange.

Series 2633 Miniflex (Small Tideflex) Check Valve: Manufactured on the same principle as Red Valve’s revolutionary all-rubber Tideflex® Check Valve, the Series 2633 is a simple in-line check valve for threaded end pipelines. Simple in design, the Series 2633 consists of a body, two end caps and the working element, an elastomer check sleeve. In the open position, the sleeve creates a wide, free passage proportional to the flow in the pipeline. On flow reversal, the sleeve closes slowly and completely. Waterflex Check Valve: The Waterflex Check Valve is an entirely new valve design from Red Valve, specifically engineered for potable water applications. The all-new Waterflex provides low headloss characteristics and features high backpressure ratings comparable to other valve styles, such as lever-and-weight or spring-loaded disks. The Waterflex operates solely on line pressure and backpressure to open and close - no outside energy source is required. As line pressure builds, the 100 percent elastomeric disc is folded away from the perforated plate, allowing water to pass. The "memory" of the rubber will cause the disc to return flat, and backpressure will seal it against the plate to prevent backflow. The elastomer Waterflex is more cost-effective than other valve styles. Moving parts, such as hinges and springs, can seize if routing maintenance and lubrication are not performed. The Waterflex has no moving parts that require maintenance or repairs, so operational costs are low and service life is long.
