SEGURO RESILIENT SEAL GATE VAL

SEGURO RESILIENT SEAL GATE VALVES:Seguro Resilient Seated Gate Valves were the first to utilize the advantages of resilient seals. In addition to being the first, SEGURO valves are also available in a complete size range right up to 60"". SEGURO valves insure bubble tight sealing by using an elastomer seal, firmly secured by a three piece wedge. The wedge is guided by ribs that are cast into the valve body. The valve body is 100% full port throughout the bore to prevent sediment build-up. TF2 Tideflex Check Valve

TF1 Tideflex Check Valve

TF1 Tideflex Check Valve:The Curved Bill Tideflex uses the same construction for the body of the valve as the traditional Tideflex, but has a bill that is thinner and more resilient. The bill is formed to a 180-degree curve that returns to the closed position even more naturally than a straight bill. The curved bill increases the sealing area and allows the valve to form a tighter seal around solids that are typical in storm water, effluent and CSO outfalls. The Curved Bill is now standard on all Tideflex end-of-pipe products.

Series 42/742 Pressure Sensor

Series 42/742 Pressure Sensor: Red Valve’s Series 42 Pressure Sensor and Series 742 Diaphragm Seal isolate and provide accurate instrument reading of gauges, transmitters, and pressure switches, making them ideal for use in chemical or slurry service. The Series 42 and Series 742 can be mounted in any flow direction, and have threaded ends manufactured to standard NPT pipe tap dimensions for smaller pipelines. The principle of operation is simple. As process pressure is sensed by the 360° elastomer sleeve, the captive fluid transfers the process pressure to the instrument, providing a consistent, accurate reading.

TF2 Tideflex Check Valve

TF2 Curved Bill Tideflex Check Valve:The Curved Bill Tideflex Check Valve is a revolutionary design for Backflow Prevention. It offers low cracking pressure to eliminate standing water and very low headloss that is not affected by rust, corrosion or lack of lubrication. The valve is slid onto the pipe and held in place with steel or stainless steel band clamps, eliminating flanging costs. Tideflex TF-2 valves are constructed with a curved bill standard.

Aeration Systems

Aeration Systems (Combined course and fine bubble): Red Valve has developed a patented process for enhancing mixing and optimizing the oxygen transfer methods within biological processes. Until now, there has been only two options for diffused aeration systems; a complete fine bubble system or a complete coarse bubble system. Both systems have significant advantages over the other as well as disadvantages. By combining the two mechanisms within the same process the advantages of each can be applied. The most important component of the system is the Tideflex® Coarse Bubble diffuser and it’s ability to provide complete mixing from the water surface to the tank floor. Combined with the Tideflex® Fine Bubble diffuser the system provides complete backflow elimination which allows for complete flexibility in operation without downtimes associated to clogged diffusers or manifolds.

Tank Mixing Systems

Tank Mixing Systems: The Tideflex Mixing System was designed to eliminate the source of most water quality problems in a storage tank: the common inlet/outlet. Typically, reservoirs are designed to provide the hydraulics of the system with no concern over maintaining water quality. The common inlet/outlet pipe is usually sized for throughput capacity at minimum headloss, which results in a very low discharge velocity into the tank during filling. This low velocity results in poor mixing within the tank, leading to stagnation. The freshest water added to the tank is the first to be drawn off again. This ""short-circuiting"" also leads to thermal stratification within deep tanks such as standpipes, where fresh, cold water stays near the base of the tank and older, warmer water stagnates near the top. The Tideflex Mixing System was designed to eliminate these problems, while being cost-effective and easy to install or retrofit.

Series 39 Tideflex Check Valve

Series 39 Tideflex Check Valve: The Red Valve Series 39 Slurry Check Valve is designed to handle abrasive slurries, sewage, sludge and other difficult services. The valve’s operation is silent and non-slamming. At the heart of the Series 39 Check Valve is a fabric-reinforced elastomer check sleeve that provides thru-flow at minimum pressure drop across the valve at all times. Forward pressure opens the valve automatically; reverse pressure seals the valve. The check sleeve even seals around entrapped solids.

Series 48 Pressure Sensor

Series 48 Pressure Sensor: Red Valve’s Series 48 Pressure Sensor protects and isolates instrumentation, eliminating plugging and fouling that can occur in slurry and hard-to-gauge liquid applications. The economical Series 48 is designed to fit inside the bolt pattern of the pipe flanges, allowing for ease of installation and reducing the size of the unit. Series 39 Tideflex Check Valve: The Red Valve Series 39 Slurry Check Valve is designed to handle abrasive slurries, sewage, sludge and other difficult services. The valve’s operation is silent and non-slamming. At the heart of the Series 39 Check Valve is a fabric-reinforced elastomer check sleeve that provides thru-flow at minimum pressure drop across the valve at all times. Forward pressure opens the valve automatically; reverse pressure seals the valve. The check sleeve even seals around entrapped solids.
